Dr. Kent Ellington is a native of Marietta, Georgia. He earned bachelor degrees in Biology and Spanish from Samford University and his dental degree from the Medical College of Georgia. After dental school, Dr. Ellington completed an advanced dental residency program in Tucson, Arizona before returning to Marietta to work in private practice.
During his free time, Dr. Ellington enjoys cheering for the Atlanta and Rome Braves, Georgia Bulldogs, and Atlanta Falcons. He loves playing tennis and softball and trying to improve his golf game. On many weekends, Dr. Ellington can be found hiking or biking in the Smoky Mountains.
Dr. Ellington's wife, Ashley, works at Darlington School as Chief Development Officer. They are members of First Baptist Church of Rome. The Ellingtons are excited to be a part of the Rome community.
